KATO IC100-5 CRAWLER CARRIER FOR OUSSOREN (INCL. VIDEO!)

Contractor- and rental company Oussoren from Westbroek has put into operation two new KATO IC100-5 Stage V crawler carriers.

KATO introduces the new IC100-5 crawler carrier for the Dutch and Belgian markets, aiming to meet the growing demand for modern, emission-friendly and reliable crawler carries. KATO has taken a big step to regain a leading role in the field of larger crawler carriers, even outside its home market of Japan.

Standard equipment on the KATO crawler carrier includes air conditioning, side and rear view camera, deluxe seat and easy joystick controls. The front cover and engine cover are easy to open and from street level, essential components are easily accessible for daily inspection. In addition, the crawler carrier is equipped with a weighing system to monitor daily production. The cabin is characterized by excellent all-round visibility. The KATO IC100-5 crawler carrier has a low center of gravity and high ground clearance, making it a pleasure to work with.

The 11.6-ton KATO crawler carrier on 700-millimeter-wide rubber tracks has an engine power of 260 hp, low fuel consumption and a travel speed of up to 12 mph. The cab's low 2.70 body height allows transport on a bucket truck in many cases. The lower self-weight offers advantage when transporting two dumpers on one combination (truck).
